Policies

Payment for editorial and consulting services rendered is due in US dollars (via check, Venmo, Stripe or other mutually agreeable arrangement), payable on the terms specified in the letter of agreement for each project. Most projects require an initial deposit to start.

Refunds and cancellations

We do not offer refunds for work that has already been performed. If either the client or the editor opts, through verbal or written notice, to terminate the project prior to completion, then the client would only be responsible for a prorated portion of the project fee based on work completed to that point, as per the terms of the individual project contract. If after the initial deposit is made, the client decides to cancel the project, client must notify editor (by email or telephone) within 7 days and a full refund will be issued if work has not yet begun or a prorated refund will be issued if work has begun.
